Massimo Giorgio Cerutti, who graduated with honours from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 1984, has gained significant experience in assisting companies since the beginning of his professional career.

A member of the Milan Bar since 1986, he is qualified to practice before the High Courts.

In 2010, in line with his internationalism, he obtained a Licenciatura en Derecho at the University of Alcalá de Henares (Spain) and is an Abogado enrolled in the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid..

After having devoted himself to litigation for many years, Massimo now assists leading industrial, commercial, financial and aviation groups, both in Italy and abroad, dealing mainly with business contracts and commercial and international law.

Massimo was a member of the Managing Board and then Vice Chairman of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Italy from 2008 to 2017. From 2014 to 2021, he was Chairman of the Società del Giardino di Milano. He is also currently a sports manager.

In 2019, the President of the Republic awarded him the honour of Cavaliere dell’Ordine al Merito of the Italian Republic.
