She graduated with honours from the University of Milan in 1993 and has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 1998.<\/span><\/p>\n

Her professional experience is mainly focused on labour law, both in litigation matters and general advice, particularly in the large-scale retail, engineering and journalism sectors.<\/span><\/p>\n

Federica has extensive experience in individual dismissals, transfers, disciplinary proceedings, managerial work, workplace safety, and child labour, advising companies on individual labour relations in their various aspects.<\/span><\/p>\n
