{"id":8541,"date":"2022-04-14T17:49:10","date_gmt":"2022-04-14T17:49:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ceruttilex.it\/avvocato\/massimo-giorgio-cerutti\/"},"modified":"2022-07-13T16:58:44","modified_gmt":"2022-07-13T16:58:44","slug":"massimo-giorgio-cerutti","status":"publish","type":"avvocato","link":"https:\/\/ceruttilex.it\/en\/professional\/massimo-giorgio-cerutti\/","title":{"rendered":"Massimo Giorgio Cerutti"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Massimo Giorgio Cerutti, who graduated with honours from the<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Universit\u00e0 Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 1984, has gained significant experience in assisting companies since the beginning of his professional career.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A member of the Milan Bar since 1986, he is qualified to practice before the High Courts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2010, in line with his internationalism, he obtained a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Licenciatura en Derecho<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at the University of Alcal\u00e1 de Henares (Spain) and is an <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abogado <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">enrolled in the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After having devoted himself to litigation for many years, Massimo now assists leading industrial, commercial, financial and aviation groups, both in Italy and abroad, dealing mainly with business contracts and commercial and international law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Massimo was a member of the Managing Board and then Vice Chairman of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Italy from 2008 to 2017. From 2014 to 2021, he was Chairman of the Societ\u00e0 del Giardino di Milano.
